The Soul & Sound Healers Series returns to Soul Stretch Yoga in Lakeside Marblehead, Ohio for an evening designed to restore harmony and balance to body, mind, and spirit. This special collaboration brings together gentle movement, deep relaxation, and healing sound frequencies to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect as we move into the fall season.

Your evening begins with a 45-minute Restorative Yoga class guided by E-RYT 500 Rose Sabin, helping you gently open the body, quiet the mind, and release built-up tension.

You’ll then be immersed in a 45-minute Sound Bath led by Certified Sound Healing Practitioner Lesley Turski, featuring a blend of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments.

As the soothing tones ripple through the space, you’re invited to relax deeply, release what no longer serves you, and return to a state of inner balance. The evening concludes with light food and refreshments, a grounding way to connect and share in community.
