Celebrate the Winter Solstice with an evening of deep rest, healing, and renewal at Soul Stretch Yoga in Lakeside Marblehead. This special seasonal event blends candlelight Restorative Yoga, a healing Sound Bath, and intentional rituals to support stress relief, emotional release, and spiritual grounding as we transition into a new year.

Your night begins with a gentle Restorative Yoga class led by Rose, designed to calm the nervous system and prepare your body for relaxation. You’ll then be guided into a Healing Sound Bath with Lesley from Cleveland Sound Healing, featuring therapeutic instruments that promote balance, harmony, and energetic reset.

The experience continues with a candle meditation to release outdated energies from 2025, followed by an outdoor bonfire ceremony to help you let go of what no longer serves you. To honor new beginnings, guests will release paper lanterns into the night sky—setting heartfelt intentions for a healthy, peaceful, and prosperous New Year.

Light refreshments will be served as we close the evening in community.
